An event goes dreadfully wrong, #contest fun

This last month I did a revision of Dangerous Liars. I loved this book and it was good, but someone whose opinion I value suggested it could be better. "What?" I said. "Come on. Are you serious? How?" She dug in, she edited, and she showed me how. Huh. Turns out she was right, and now the book is really good. I'll be consulting this Wonder Editor for future projects.
