This sparkly angel decoration caught my eye today. The sun hit it just right, and I swear it was glowing. What a nice treat! I'll take that as a sign the angels are keeping an eye on me.
Good and bad, right and wrong. Sometimes the lines aren't so clear. I had fun writing this story, particularly the ending. I wasn't quite sure what was going to happen, I just knew I wanted my characters to be surprised.
This is the book for anyone who has ever opened a Christmas card anticipating a friendly greeting, a heartfelt message, or perhaps a family picture, and instead received a lengthy report from the sender on all the banal, tedious events of the past year. You can shriek, you can cry, you can run straight for the paper shredder, howling like a banshee, or you can buy a book that will make you laugh at the absurdity of holiday newsletters.
For those who need a little pick-up during this festive season, Christmas Letters From Hell by Michael Lent is the perfect gift to lighten the mood and spread holiday cheer.
I'm featured today at Tilly Greene's The Perfect Gift is a Book event, so leave a comment and enter to win a fabulous prize.
A web hunt with a lot of great prizes is going on now at Silver Publishing. What a nice Christmas gift this would be for you!
